Eugene P. Castagliuolo has been licensed to practice law for over 30 years, first in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and now in Florida for over 23 years.

Mr. Castagliuolo was born and raised near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and is a 1987 graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law. He earned an MBA in Economics and Finance, and a BA in Psychology, both from Temple University. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Castagliuolo earned his living as a financial analyst. After law school, Mr. Castagliuolo served as a New Jersey State Criminal Prosecutor (Financial Crimes Unit) and also worked as a solo practitioner before relocating to Florida with his family in 1995. In Florida, Mr. Castagliuolo served as an Assistant Attorney General in Tampa’s Economic Crime Unit before opening his own law practice. He has been a resident of Pinellas County since 1995 and enjoys the warm weather hobbies that Florida has to offer.
Mr. Castagliuolo’s education and experience in economics and finance has honed his passion for bankruptcy and consumer protection law. He remains dedicated to protecting consumers preyed upon by creditors, big and small. He primarily serves clients in the counties of Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Pasco, but can and does accept cases outside the greater Tampa Bay area. Mr. Castagliuolo is licensed to practice in all three of Florida’s federal courts (the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts).
Mr. Castagliuolo has committed his practice to educating and defending consumers. He is a frequent contributor on the website Avvo, where he has earned an “excellent” rating.
